How should I decide which office to apply for?
While we strongly recommend all new hires consider starting in our Boston headquarters, please think carefully about your options and choose the office that will be the best fit for you. While it may be possible to transfer to another ClearView office eventually, an immediate transfer from your starting office is very rarely an option.
Are some offices more popular than others?
Our New York and San Francisco offices receive a very high level of applications compared to the number of openings available. While this should not discourage you from applying to either office, please keep this in mind when making your selection, and if you have flexibility regarding your starting location, be sure that your office selection reflects that.
What happens if I choose the “No Preference” office option?
If you select the “No Preference” option in the office selection section of your application, we will do our best to place you in your first choice office (if you have one) after an offer is extended. However, there is no guarantee that you will be placed in your first choice office if you choose this option. We strongly encourage those who are interested in working in any of ClearView’s offices to choose this option when applying.
Should I apply for the entry level analyst position / internship program through your website or my school’s portal?
There is no preferential treatment granted for those applying through the website or their school’s portal. You only need to apply through one source.
I’ve submitted my application – when will I hear back?
Applications for the experienced professional positions are reviewed on a regular basis. You should hear back regarding your application no more than 4 weeks after your application for an experienced professional position.
Applications for entry level positions, Connect to ClearView, and our internship program are reviewed after the application deadline. You should hear back regarding your application no more than 4 weeks after the application deadline for that position.
