Rich is one of the cofounders of ClearView and has nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare space helping companies develop corporate, business unit, and asset-level strategies and across the transaction support spectrum (licensing and acquisition target screening, advisory services, due diligence, and merger integration).
Prior to founding ClearView, Mr. Mynahan held leadership roles at several leading consultancies, including at Leerink Swann, Strategic Decisions Group, where he was head of the Boston office, and Arthur D. Little. Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Mynahan was a banker specializing in a range of transaction types across the healthcare field. As a member of what is now the Bank of America Healthcare Team, he participated in more than 40 deals representing multiple billions of transaction value.
He holds a B.A. in economics, cum laude, from the College of the Holy Cross, and an M.B.A. with honors from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Kevin is a cofounder of ClearView Healthcare Partners, brings nearly 20 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry. He has lead strategy engagements across the healthcare spectrum for multinational corporations, venture-backed start-ups and financial institutions.
Prior to co-founding ClearView, Mr. Richard was Managing Director and co-founder of Leerink Swann Strategic Advisors. In addition, he served as a Director in the consulting practice at Decision Resources, as an Associate Compliance Auditor at Astra USA, Inc. and was Director of Ocular Allergy at Ophthalmic Research Associates (ORA). In his role at ORA and as a result of research conducted at the Schepens Eye Research Institute, he coauthored numerous abstracts, reviews, and chapters.
Mr. Richard received his M.B.A. with honors from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and his Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire.

Steve Chao is one of the cofounders of ClearView and has extensive background in the healthcare space both in strategic life sciences consulting and as a physician and a scientist. He has led therapeutic area growth strategy, clinical development strategy, and product launch strategy engagements, as well as due diligence projects, spanning multiple therapeutic areas.
He joins ClearView from Leerink Swann Strategic Advisors, where he was a Vice President. He joined Leerink Swann in 2004 from McKinsey and Company, where he led strategic engagements in the biopharmaceutical, payer, and provider industries. He received his M.D. and his Ph.D. from Harvard Medical School.
He has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles and led neuroscience research in the laboratories of Dr. Lawrence Benowitz and Dr. Jonathan Seidman. He graduated summa cum laude with his B.A. in Biochemistry from Harvard College.

Chris is part of the ClearView leadership team and has broad experience overseeing a range of engagements involving therapeutic area, disease and asset level growth strategy as well as strategic due diligence on in-licensing and M&A opportunities.
He has worked broadly across multiple therapeutic areas, with emphasis in cardiology, metabolics, CNS, GI, ID and orphan diseases. He joins Clearview from Leerink Swann Strategic Advisors, prior to which he served as an AAAS Science Policy Fellow at the NIH, within the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive, and Kidney Diseases. He received his Ph.D. in pharmacology and molecular sciences and his Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Dr. Von Seggern received his MBA from Northeastern University. He holds a B.S. in biochemistry and molecular biology from The Pennsylvania State University.
